We are an award winning agency working on behalf of its prestigious client in bespoke and standardised audio-visual solutions sector who is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Advisor. The role is full time and permanent offering an excellent salary package .This is an exciting and unique opportunity. We are seeking an exceptional HR Officer to undertake all HR support for the organisation, providing advice for line managers and employees on all HR matters. Applicants must be Part or Fully CIPD qualified, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment. Primary Responsibilities: * Maintaining an accurate record of all vacancies, and manage the recruitment process of permanent and bank staff through advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and to manage post appointment procedures, including Criminal Records Bureau disclosure applications procedure. * Involvement in the disciplinary and grievance process.This may include coordinating the investigation and/or being part of a hearing panel. * Advising managers and staff on all relevant employment issues including employee relations, maternity leave, flexible working, contractual amendments, resignations and provide exit interviews. * Liaising with Payroll, prepare starter, leaver and change of circumstance documentation. * Conducting Maternity/Paternity calculations and produce documentation for staff and payroll. * Contribution to human resources strategies and policy according to the organisation's requirements, conforming to legal requirements and to good practice. * Monitoring staff sickness levels, identifying where policy limits for sickness levels are reached, and to organise and participate in sickness meetings with staff. * Co-ordination the Occupational Health service provision through making referral decisions and ensuring recommendations are implemented. * Overseeing the Visa Administration process, generating relevant paperwork for staff, and dealing with outside agencies to ensure the prevention of illegal working. * Advising on Redundancy and TUPE processes as required. * Co-ordinating and manage the Induction process. * Participating in organising the rolling mandatory training programme. * Participating in the design and delivery of in-house training programmes as required.
